By accessing or using our website or enrolling in any training program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We provide Soft Skills Training, Corporate Training, Technical Training, One-to-One Coaching and Professional Workshops in online and offline formats.
Full payment is required before training begins unless otherwise agreed. Payments are accepted through approved payment methods including PayPal.
Customers may cancel at least seven (7) business days before the scheduled start date for a refund. Requests received fewer than seven business days before the start date, or after training has begun, are not eligible for a refund. If we cancel a training program, participants may receive a full refund or transfer to another available training date.
Users must not misuse the website, record sessions without permission, share course materials, or engage in unlawful conduct.
All content, course materials, logos, presentations, and website content are owned by Adeptskil Innovations Private Limited and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.
Certificates may be issued only to participants who satisfy attendance and course requirements.
We do not guarantee employment, interviews, promotions, salary increases, visa approvals, business success, or any particular outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of its services.
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
