1. Acceptance of Terms & Service Description

By accessing adeptskil.com ("Platform") and enrolling in courses or services offered by Adeptskil Technologies ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this Platform or our services.

Service Description: Adeptskil provides online professional training and corporate education services, offering 200+ courses across multiple disciplines including Leadership & Managerial Excellence, Soft Skills, Career Development, Project Management, Agile Practices, Business Growth & Strategic Marketing, IT Security, Data Management & Power BI, Software Innovation & Emerging Technology, Cloud Computing & DevOps, Construction & Quality Management, and Microsoft Azure training.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Eligibility Requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or of legal age in your jurisdiction)
• You must have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

Account Security:

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your negligence, sharing credentials, or failure to secure your password. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in suspicious activity.

3. Use License & Permitted Uses

Adeptskil grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to:

• Access and view course materials for your personal educational use
• Download course resources for personal reference (where permitted)
• Participate in interactive course components and assessments
• Access your course completion certificates

Prohibited Activities:

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute course content without written permission
• Share your account login or course access with unauthorized persons
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our Platform
• Engage in harassment, threats, or abusive conduct toward instructors or other users
• Post spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user data
• Use our Platform for illegal purposes or to violate any applicable laws
• Interfere with Platform functionality or network connectivity
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to our content without permission
• Violate intellectual property rights of Adeptskil or third parties

4. Course Enrollment & Payment Terms

Enrollment Process:

• Enrollment is completed upon payment receipt and confirmation email
• You will receive login credentials to access your enrolled course(s)
• Course access begins immediately upon payment confirmation
• Some courses may have prerequisites—review course details before enrollment

Payment Terms:

• All course fees are displayed in the currency and amount clearly stated at checkout
• Prices are subject to change without notice; enrolled students retain locked-in rates
• Payment must be received in full before course access is granted
• We accept multiple payment methods: credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and bank transfers
• Payment processing is handled by certified third-party processors; Adeptskil does not store credit card information
• Recurring billing: If you enroll in a subscription course, you authorize automatic recurring charges unless you cancel

Corporate/Bulk Enrollment:

Organizations enrolling multiple users may be eligible for volume discounts. Please contact our sales team at info@adeptskil.com for custom pricing arrangements.

5. Refund Policy & Course Access

Refund Eligibility:

• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund if requested within 7 calendar days of enrollment and less than 10% course completion
• 14-Day Partial Refund: 50% refund if requested between days 8-14 of enrollment and less than 25% course completion
• No Refund After Day 14: Once you've completed more than 25% of course content, no refund is available
• Exceptions: Technical course failures, instructor unavailability, or course cancellation may qualify for full refunds outside these windows

Refund Process:

• Submit refund requests to info@adeptskil.com with your order number
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method
• Duplicate billing errors are resolved within 48 hours

Course Access Duration:

• Standard courses: Lifetime access after enrollment
• Live/instructor-led courses: Access for the duration of the cohort plus 30 days
• Subscription courses: Access maintained while active subscription; access revoked upon cancellation
• Upon course expiration, all downloaded materials must be deleted

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Adeptskil IP:

All course materials, including videos, presentations, assignments, graphics, animations, software, code, text, and other content ("Content"), are owned or licensed by Adeptskil and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution violates these laws and these Terms.

Your Content:

If you submit assignments, forum posts, comments, or other user-generated content, you grant Adeptskil a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for educational and promotional purposes. You represent that you own or have rights to all submitted content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

Content Attribution:

You may not remove copyright notices, watermarks, or proprietary attribution from any Content. All Content remains Adeptskil property unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Limitations on Use & Availability

• You may not download, screen-record, or reproduce course videos or materials for public distribution
• Personal downloads are for your exclusive learning use only
• Sharing account credentials or login access is prohibited
• Certificate resale, transfer, or fraudulent representation is strictly forbidden
• Adeptskil reserves the right to audit certificates for legitimacy and revoke fraudulent ones

8. Certification & Credentials

Certificate Issuance:

• Certificates are issued upon course completion, meeting all assignment and assessment requirements
• Digital certificates are provided in PDF format; physical certificates available upon request (may incur shipping fees)
• Certificates are valid for professional development and resume inclusion, though employer recognition may vary
• Adeptskil makes no guarantees regarding employer acceptance or job placement outcomes

Certificate Revocation:

Adeptskil reserves the right to revoke or invalidate certificates obtained through:

• Academic dishonesty or plagiarism
• Unauthorized account access or credential sharing
• Payment fraud or chargeback disputes
• Violations of these Terms or platform policies

9. Warranties Disclaimer

EXCEPT AS EXPLICITLY STATED IN THESE TERMS, ADEPTSKIL PROVIDES ALL SERVICES AND CONTENT ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party intellectual property rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free Platform access
• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of Content
• Career advancement, salary increase, or employment outcomes from course completion

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADEPTSKIL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from third-party content or links
• Platform downtime, technical failures, or data loss
• User-generated content on forums or communication channels
• Employment or career outcomes resulting from course completion

Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations; in such cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adeptskil, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or costs arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of our Platform or services
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Your infringement of third-party intellectual property or privacy rights
• Your user-generated content or submissions

12. Third-Party Content & Links

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites, resources, and service providers. Adeptskil is not responsible for:

• Accuracy or reliability of third-party content
• Third-party privacy practices or data handling
• Third-party technical performance or availability
• Damages resulting from third-party interactions

Inclusion of third-party links does not constitute endorsement. We recommend reviewing third-party terms and privacy policies independently.

13. Platform Modifications & Termination

Service Modifications:

• Adeptskil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice
• Course schedules, content, or instructors may change without liability
• Platform maintenance may temporarily interrupt access; we will provide advance notice when possible

Account Termination:

Adeptskil may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or any applicable law
• Engage in fraudulent or unauthorized activity
• Harass or threaten other users or staff
• Share account credentials or enable unauthorized access
• Engage in academic dishonesty

Upon termination, your access is immediately revoked; any refund eligibility is determined based on these Terms.

14. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

You agree to use our Platform respectfully and professionally:

• No harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
• No spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation
• No sharing of sensitive personal information
• No disruptive behavior in forums or live sessions
• Respect intellectual property and confidentiality of others

15. DMCA & Copyright Protection

Adeptskil respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe Content infringes your copyrights, submit a DMCA notice to info@adeptskil.com with:

• Description of the copyrighted work and infringing Content
• Your contact information and signature
• Statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized

16. Data & Privacy

Your use of our Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using our services, you consent to data collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

17. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflicts of law principles
• Jurisdiction: Both parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of India
• Dispute Resolution: Before pursuing litigation, disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies

18. Severability & Waiver

• If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect
• Adeptskil's failure to enforce any right does not constitute waiver of that right

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other posted policies, constitute the complete agreement between you and Adeptskil regarding your use of the Platform. No prior agreements, understandings, or representations apply.
